Product and billing support
For a billing issue, include your account email and order reference. For a calculation issue, describe the units and steps needed to reproduce it. Avoid sending confidential recipes unless needed to resolve the issue. Never send passwords, sign-in links or full card numbers.
Privacy and data requests
You can also export or delete product data through your workspace. If a pending checkout or subscription blocks deletion, contact us to reconcile it first.
