Terms of service

MenuCostFlow is provided by Jianbo Ying, an individual operator in Shanghai, China. Questions: support@menucostflow.shop. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

We calculate recipe costs from prices, quantities, usable yields and recipes you enter. You are responsible for checking inputs, units, density conversions and results, and for deciding menu prices. The service does not automatically collect supplier prices, connect to POS systems, manage inventory, or guarantee profit. Calculations are decision aids, not accounting, tax or professional advice.

Your account and data

Each account is for one store and one named operator. Keep your email account and sign-in links secure. Only upload information you have the right to use. You retain ownership of your recipes and inputs and give us permission to process them to provide the service. Do not use the service unlawfully, attack it, access another account or evade plan limits.

Free and Pro

Free supports 2 recipes, including subrecipes, and 40 ingredients. Pro supports 500 recipes and 5,000 ingredients. Both use the same calculation engine. See pricing for the current offer. We do not automatically charge for overages.

When available, Pro costs $19 USD per month plus applicable taxes and renews monthly until canceled. There is no paid trial, annual commitment or lifetime offer. Creem is the merchant of record for checkout; the buyer terms shown at checkout also apply to that transaction. Access is activated after payment verification, not simply after a return from checkout.

Cancellation, refunds and downgrades

Use the Creem billing portal linked from your account to manage renewal, or contact support if access fails. Ordinary cancellation keeps access through the paid period. Our refund policy explains the first-payment offer and the difference between a refund and stopping renewal.

After downgrade, your data remains available for reading and export. Choose a Free working set within its recipe and ingredient limits; the preserved archive is read-only. Required subrecipes also count toward the limit. An account deletion removes product data as described in the privacy policy.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care to provide the service, but it may have interruptions or errors. Keep exports of important information and check results before acting on them. We may suspend misuse or serious security threats. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits remedies for incorrect charges or service failures required by law.

Changes and contact

We will communicate material changes affecting paid service before they take effect where required. Changes to price do not authorize an undisclosed charge. Contact support to resolve account or billing problems.
