Cancellation and first-payment refund
Pro is monthly. Ordinary cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period. A first request made within 14 calendar days of the first successful payment qualifies for a full refund of that first payment. Refund and cancellation are separate actions. Read the full refund policy before purchasing. After downgrade, choose a Free working set and keep the rest in a read-only archive.
